DamnShow.com Hacked - Here’s what’s going on.

Here’s the short of it:

We posted the Tom Cruise video on Friday and we started getting these threatening/ weird emails. We didn’t think much about it because the same thing happened when we posted our Steve Irwin video:

Anyway, Monday morning I got a call saying that the site had been hacked and there was a strange message on the front page. Our webmaster said that most of our files were also gone and he had no idea how this happened.

Luckily most of our stuff was backed up and we were able to get the site back up today. The only causality was our news posts it looks like they are all gone for good.

Our web master is working on making the site more secure so this doesn’t happen again.

To the person who did this:

Bring it. We’re not afraid of you and we plan to post the 7 minute version of our video today!
